The questions franchisors most commonly ask before getting started.

What counts as a valid lead? +
A valid lead is any enquiry received with a working phone number through which contact can be attempted. Email-only enquiries without a phone number are logged but not billed. If contact is made via email and a number is subsequently obtained, it becomes a valid lead at that point. This definition is included in the service agreement - no ambiguity on either side.
How long am I committing to? +
14 days notice before your next billing cycle. That's it. There's no minimum term, no lock-in and no awkward exit conversation. The first month is invoiced upfront before the arrangement begins.
How quickly will I see results? +
Process improvements are visible quickly. Response times, qualification consistency and pipeline structure typically improve within the first few weeks. Signed franchisees take longer and depend on your enquiry volume, your franchise fee level and how quickly candidates move through their own decision process. Franquility won't promise a franchisee by a certain date, but it will make sure no good candidate is lost to a slow or inconsistent process.
How does Franquility handle candidate data? +
All candidate data is managed within Franquility's own secure CRM throughout the arrangement. The data is yours throughout. You receive candidate summaries as they are produced and a full export of all data on termination. Franquility then deletes its copy. All data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and used solely for the purpose of managing your franchise recruitment pipeline.
Will candidates know they're not speaking directly with us? +
This is agreed at onboarding based on your preference. Some clients prefer Franquility to contact candidates transparently as a specialist working on their behalf - this is increasingly common and most candidates have no issue with it. Others prefer a white label approach where all communications come from their own email domain and brand. Either way the process is identical. Whichever you choose, you see every enquiry as it arrives and nothing happens without your awareness.
What if my enquiry volume is very low or very high? +
The pricing structure handles both ends naturally. If your volume is low, the £750 monthly fee covers up to 30 leads and gives you a full specialist process without overpaying for volume you don't have. If your volume is high, the £25 per lead above 30 scales with you in arrears - there's no ceiling and no renegotiation needed. The right setup for your situation is confirmed at your diagnostic.
